Harris Academy Wimbledon is currently looking to appoint a Lettings Supervisor to support and oversee the lettings of academy grounds.

Your opportunity

We are looking for one or more lettings supervisors to supervise the lettings in the building and open and close access to the MUGA at the beginning/end of a letting. This is a casual position and the hours available will reflect the number of lettings each week. Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring the clients are only using the facilities they have booked for.
  • Ensuring the clients leave the facilities as they find them and take all rubbish with them.
  • On weekday evening lettings, locking the building, ensuring the alarm system is effective.
  • For weekend lettings (inside the building), opening and closing the building at the required times. Stay on site for booking inside the building.
  • For evenings and weekend lettings on the MUGA only, opening and closing the outside of the building, remaining onsite for the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes of the letting.
  • If you are required to be on site (due to lettings inside the building), completing premises tasks such as sweeping/cleaning the outside of the building.
