Job Title: Administrator

Trust: Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust

Location Acute Care Group, Eastern and Coastal Area Office, Littlebourne Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 1AZ

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday - 9.00am-17:00pm, Rota'd

Duration: 4 months (Subject to review)

Pay Rate per hour: £9.21 Per Hour

We have long term placement opportunities available for an Administrator at our Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

General responsibilities:
  • Filing
  • Uploading of documents to Rio
  • Answer the telephone, taking messages etc.
  • Checking stationery and food stores for ordering
  • Keeping the office clean and tidy
  • Make sure forms are photocopied and available
  • Keep notice boards and files up to date.
