Payroll Officer â€" Fulltime â€" Nottingham
6 Months Temp to possible Perm - £22,183 - £25,481
Due to a recent internal restructure, an exciting opportunity for a stand-alone Payroll Officer has become available within a Nottinghamshire based multi-academy trust on a 6 months temporary to possible permanent basis.
You will be joining a great team of people who are committed to providing outstanding service, ownership of issues and being the best that they can be. You must demonstrate respect, good language and courteous behaviour always.
You will be responsible for
- Paying employees correctly each month
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Pension contributions
- Processing overtime and expenses and ensuring that the information provided is accurate, whilst working alongside the HR Administrators and Payroll Bureau.
Ideal candidate
- Friendly and personable yet confident approach is essential.
- Possess knowledge of Zellis Resource Link and have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and be confident on V Look Ups, Pivot Tables and Macros as well as formulas.
- You will also have experience working with a stand-alone Payroll function and have knowledge of pensions and tax.
A valid Enhanced DBS check will also be required for the successful candidate.
