Facilities Administrator Location: Chandlers Ford
Salary :£10.00 per hour Hours of work: 37.5 hours, either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Duration: this is a temporary to possibly remain permanent position

Due to a very busy period our client is looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator who can support the warehouse and facilities maintainence team with all round administration
As a Facilities Administrator you will be responsible for , working as part of a small team to assist with general administration
Your key duties include the following:
* To support the Facilities and Warehouse admin team in managing the internal email/ inbox
* To priorities and respond professionally to emails
* Manage goods in and out using the internal system
* To manage materials
* To support with any contractors and facility/ maintenance issues
* To raise purchase orders
* To answer the telephone and assist with general enquiries
* Allocate stock
The ideal candidate will have the following
* Will ideally have worked within facilities / maintenance previously
* Will have good administration skills and experience
* Will be competent in Microsoft Office
* Will be competent in using Outlook
* Will have good communication skills
* Will have a can do attitude
* Will be available immediately
