Sales Ledger Clerk

Due to exceptional growth, a large organisation based in Nottingham are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk into their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Working in a friendly and supportive team, you will have responsibility for your own ledger and be responsible for building strong relationships to ensure debtor days are kept to a minimum.

This role is not your usual Credit Control role and it will require someone with excellent Customer Service skills and an analytical approach to their work. Applicants must have intermediate excel skills including V Lookup's and pivots and be able to investigate and interrogate large amounts of data.

Duties:

• Investigating queries with both internal staff members and customers to a successful resolution
• Statement reconciliations and re-invoicing
• Raising invoices and re-invoices
• Set and check credit limits
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers to improve debtor performance
