Hollyfield Personnel have an urgent requirement working for one our well established clients based in Rugeley.

The role is an Export Shipping Coordinator and the successful candidate would be required on a temporary basis to start immediately.

You must have access to your own transport due to the location.

Duties to include but are not limited to:
  • Process orders accurately, from order receipt through to delivery in line with Company processes and agreed timescales
  • Liaise with suppliers and shipping lines to ensure timely despatch to meet customer delivery deadlines.
  • Generation of accurate shipping documents to include - Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Dangerous Goods Notes etc.
  • Prepare and issue proformas direct to customer.
  • Ensure that export documentation is correct and complete to ensure that orders are delivered without customs delays.
  • Communicate with customers by email and phone
  • Manage customers who operate on Letters of Credit.
  • Ensure that customer questions and queries are answered promptly and necessary actions are coordinated.
  • Ensure that all customer documentation and records are always up to date and accurately maintained on all business systems.

Key Skills:
  • International Freight experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Working hours:

Monday - Friday

9.00am - 5.00pm


£13.00 - £14.00 per hour
