Our client, based in Bath, is currently recruiting for a Resettlement Workeron a temporarycontract for eight months.
The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have worked with those experiencing domestic abuse.

Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Providing support to women and children with fleeing domestic abuse and clients suffering from substance misuse
- Conducting need and risk assessments and drawing up outcome-based support plans with service users to assist them with accessing appropriate housing or resettlement service
- Accepting and assessing referrals and completing needs risk assessments
- Liaising with multi agencies and signposting clients to ensure appropriate support procedures are in place
- Ensuring that Health and Safety checks are carried out within the shared housing projects and that residents are informed of the health and safety issues within the home
- Offering welfare benefit advice in order to maximise incomes

- 18.75 per week
