Student Advisor
Salary: £10,486 - £11,481 per annum inclusive of holiday pay

Hours: 22.5 per week, 40 weeks per year (working days Mon, Tues & Wed)
Base: Kings Lynn
You will provide pastoral support and guidance to students with welfare, wellbeing and safeguarding issues as part of the College’s safeguarding team. You must have a full level 3 qualification or equivalent, proven experience of working with young people (aged 14-19) and adults in a supportive and advisory capacity and experience of liaising with external agencies. The ability to travel is essential for this role. You must also have Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C, 9-4) or equivalent or be willing to obtain them and be committed to achieving an IAG qualification within one year if you do not have one.
