We are working with part of the NHS whom are looking for two Band 5 Administrators with some knowledge of HR.
The client requires an administrator with excellent Excel, Word and Outlook Skills together with experience of MS Teams.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (some weekends required)
You will need to be flexible with hours, as their is potential you will be required to work some weekends to meet the needs of the emergency response.
This is an office based position due to the advise line and the enviroment is covid secure.
Within the role you will be supporting the COVID-19 response of the trust which will include, advising on absence processes and reporting, supporting staff and managers with queries and concerns related to Covid-19 - this includes symptoms, isolation advice, pay, T&C changes related to Covid-19 and test and trace work.
This is a fast moving environment with considerable pressure so the ability to multi-task, prioritise, use initiative and spot areas of concern is essential.
They are looking for someone with a caring and compassionate approach with good communication skills and attention to detail. Initially the work will involve supporting the advice line and keeping absence and test records up to date. In time the work could develop to supporting with ensuring guidance is up to date and relevant policy changes.
