Temporary PA
We have registered a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator, PA or Team Assistant to join our internationally recognised client on a long term temporary basis. Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative, organisational and logistical support to the wider team.

Location
Based in Oxford (OX4), there is plenty of onsite parking available and access to nearby facilities. You will be onboarded from home in the first instance, due to the ongoing circumstances relating to COVID-19. However, once the lockdown is lifted you will be expected to work in the office on a daily basis.

Our client operates in several European countries and their continued success has seen the Oxford office grow rapidly. They require an experienced team administrator to join them for in a temporary capacity for at least 6 months.

- Event planning and meeting preparation
- Supporting the arrangement of business activities
- Tracking and updating team projects
- Maintaining the company database
Temporary PA Experience
- As the Temporary PA, you must have strong organisational skills and proven commercial experience working as an administrator, PA or team assistant.
- Dedicated and proactive in your approach, you will possess excellent communication skills â€" both verbal and written.
- Given that you will be working remotely initially, you will be able to manage your workload with a flexible approach and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- You must be detailed and forward thinking, able to maintain effective relationships throughout the organisation whilst working at a fast pace.
