This is a temporary full time position that will likely run until January 2021. You will be predominately working from home with occasional trips to the office.

We are looking for someone with Advanced Excel Skills, who is highly organised and has a good eye for detail

We are ideally looking for someone with some book keeping experience combined with knowledge of HR Administration and day to day operational administration.

Key responsibilities detailed below:
  • Book keeping
  • Raising sales invoices and collecting funds
  • collating invoices for payment
  • Assisting in planning maintenance for the building and managing utilities contracts.
  • Ensure record keeping is kept up to date
  • Coordinate meetings by inviting intendees and and creating agendas and taking minutes
  • Assist with general administration as required
  • HR admin and record-keeping, including preparing paperwork e.g. contract variations, monitoring leave records etc.
  • Provide first point of contact for enquiries
