SF Group are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator for a business in Solihull - This will be an immediate start
Day to day, you will be accountable for:
Manage cancellations
- Have full ownership and accountability for Cancellations, and the processes and procedures;
- Place cancellations on our systems, and externally with suppliers;
- Management of related cancellations tasks, providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders;
- Report into key stakeholders the financial impacts of cancellations.
Ensure our inventory is up to date and support sales and customer queries
- Ensure the accuracy of our inventory (circuits, hardware etc.) after cancellation.
- Provide standardised reports for the Sales Team to facilitate resolution of customer queries;
- Investigate and adjust discrepancies

Deliver an outstanding customer service experience
- Deliver a world-class customer service experience.
- Deal with enquires from customers via email and over the phone, dealing professionally, accurately and courteously, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Send customer communications ensuring updates are timely, and promises kept.

What you bring to the job
- At least 3 years' experience in a role which requires similar skills.
- Focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience of managing orders, cancellation or other commercial requests.
- An eye for detail, ensuring actions are completed fully.
- Some experience of identifying issues and making improvements.
- Exposure to a fast-paced SME business.
