We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful online retailer, based on the outskirts of Grantham. This is an impressive, successful business, selling an extensive range of products to businesses across the UK on a next day delivery service.

Reporting to the Sales Planning Supervisor and working in a small team in an open plan office, you will be expected to thrive in a fast paced working environment whilst continually multitasking, taking calls and order processing. This role would suit someone who likes building relationships and has proven experience in a clerical environment. Main responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming calls from customers to discuss:
- Quotes
- Sales Enquiries
- Stock available
- Deliveries
- Correspondence to customers via email
- High volume processing of orders and adding on any amendments to orders
- Point of contact for compliant handling
- All areas of Customer Service and Administration; scanning, electronic filling, photocopying
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Full conversant with all Microsoft Office packages
- GCSE C grade or above in English and Maths
- Minimum 1 years customer service Customer Service skills in an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced office environment
