Our client, part of one of the largest retail groups in the world, are currently looking for a Portuguese Customer Service Administrator. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a friendly team and a well-established organisation. Flexibility is required as you must be available to work one day of the weekend days.

This is a home-based role and we will accept candidates from any part of the UK.

Customer Service Administrator - Portuguese Speaking - Main duties:
  • Liaise with customers via email
  • Ensure awareness of customer order requirements
  • Input data accurately on their system
  • Always offer exceptional customer service
  • Basic administration duties

Customer Service Administrator - Portuguese Speaking - The candidate:
  • Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese at a native level
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Friendly persona and able to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Confident and accurate keyboard skills
  • Customer service experience desirable
