Acorn is seeking a Senior Workforce Intelligence Analyst on behalf of the NHS in Cambridge.

This post will focus on data, information and analysis relating to staff experience, and the impact this has on culture, climate, leadership and engagement. Key data sources include the NHS National Staff survey, and subsequent pulse surveys engagement score, Quality Metrics around improvement in staff and patient experience, clinical outcomes, Workforce Race Equality KPI's, data relating to training and development, recruitment and retention and HR interventions around Employee Relations matters. The analysis will provide a considered and deliberate approach to targeted support and interventions and our ability to identify high performing teams and share best practice and celebrate successful and well led teams.

Provide insightful analysis, identify relationship and emerging trends and predict future workforce trends from disparate sources to support data-driven management strategies

Ensure accurate workforce report is available at all levels of the organisation. Analyse, interpret and report on workforce information, communicating complex information to HR and Trust managers ensuring the most effective and appropriate methods are used.


*Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in information science, knowledge management or relevant discipline
*Experience of computer based report writing and data analysis of complex and / or sensitive data
*Experience of working in an NHS environment
*Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheets, with experience of complex formulae

This is temporary role initially for 3 months. NHS Band 7.
