Page Personnel are exclusively recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a business in Derbyshire. This role is initially for c. 2 months but a permanent position will become available and the successful applicant will be considered for the permanent position.

Client Details

Our client is based in South Derbyshire, which is commutable from Derby and Burton-on-Trent.

Description

As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be working at our client's office in Derbyshire, and will be working as part of a small team. You will be solely responsible for the purchase ledger. Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Obtaining invoice approval
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Making payments via BACs
  • Statement reconciliations

Profile

To apply for this role, you:
  • must have a proven track record of working in purchase ledger
  • will have good Excel skills
  • will be available to start work within 1 week
  • will be able to work at the client's office in Derbyshire

Job Offer

This is initially a temporary role for c. 2 months, but you may become a permanent member of staff. Our client is offering an hourly rate of c. £10-11 per hour (equivalent to £20,000-£22,000 per annum).
