Seeking an immediate available accounts receivable/sales ledger administrator to join an organisation based to the West of central Norwich (parking available) on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is ideally full time but would consider someone seeking work for 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • To be involved in all aspects of Credit Control.
  • To authorise and process debtor requisitions, producing system-generated sales invoices and credit notes in a timely manner. Dispatch of these items.
  • To create new debtor accounts on the system as required
  • To verify and receipt all income against sales invoices
  • To chase debts as required including the raising of payment reminder letters.
  • To deal with enquiries from customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly control account reconciliations and journals
  • To assist with coding Accounts Payable invoices as and when required.
  • Any other duties as may be required by the Senior Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate will be able to:
  • Work to tight deadlines.
  • Prioritise own workload
  • Work independently as well as within a team
