Voids Administrator / Planner (Temp â€" Perm)
Location: Kensington
Salary: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 8am â€" 5pm (1-hour lunch)
I am currently looking for a Voids Administrator / Planner to join a leading housing maintenance contract based in Kensington.
The following are some of the day to day duties you will complete:

I am currently looking for a Voids Administrator / Planner to join a leading housing maintenance contract based in Kensington.
The following are some of the day to day duties you will complete:
- Maintaining the void property files
- Assisting with the management of subcontractors to attend void properties to carry out required works for property to be handed back to tenant.
- Attending the client weekly voids meeting with the client
- Emailing the client, the handover documentation.
- Helping assist the supervisors with preparation of the final void account. Good knowledge of SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes would be useful.
- Any other task as required by the manager, to ensure smooth operational running of voids and hand back to tenant in excellent condition.
Knowledge:
- 6 months experience as a Voids Administrator within Social Housing
- Computer literate
- Good understanding of Excel spread sheets and ability to use them
