Our Engineering specialist teams at Farnborough are recruiting due to its continued success and expansion. If you are proud to be in your profession and are interested in sharing your wealth of experience and qualifications to bring on the next generation into engineering then you may well be interested in joining our team as a part time lecturer (0.6 FTE).

As part of our teaching team you will have a relevant level 5(HND) or above qualification, the ability to teach Welding Technology, Sheet Metal Components and Assemblies, Fabrication and Welding Principles together with recent industrial experience. You will also have the drive to inspire young people to excel in developing their Engineering skills and careers.

Ideally applicants will have taught at this level previously, hold at least a degree or equivalent with a recognised teaching qualification, or be willing to study to gain the qualification.

In addition, you need to be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can engage with FE students to ensure that they reach their full potential.
