About the role
- Monitoring specific pipeline cases & facilitating new business
- Assisting with preparation of client review/valuation packs
- Ongoing administration of client records and other associated after sales support services
- Assisting with the dealing & coordination of internal/external post & related business communications
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service
- Preparing client review packs and ensuring these are complete and to the standard required
- Determine which systems to update with servicing information and what follow-up actions, if any, need to be initiated
- General upkeep of all admin & reporting systems to ensure all business operational requirements can be tracked and produce relevant MI and client data as required
About you
- 4 GCSE’s Grade C or above to include Maths and English and/or NVQ Level 1 â€" or equivalent
- Knowledge of systems and processes that support the business including wrap platforms (beneficial)
- Knowledge of working for a Financial Advisory network (beneficial)
- Knowledge of financial products (beneficial)
