Role Description

The POSM (Point of Sale Materials) Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the development, global ordering, production and global logistics of our global brands POSM. POSM includes all glassware, dispense items (founts, tap handles) and barware (coasters, bar runners, signage, bottle openers). We hold two order windows a year where Asahi entities and customers from across the globe place orders for these items. The POSM Coordinator role is an essential part of the order window process, owning the day to day contact with suppliers. Further to the order window process, the POSM Coordinator is responsible for processing ad hoc orders, PO raising & reconciliation and database and stock management accuracy. This is an exciting role in a fun industry with plenty of scope to develop and grow and the team and brands scale up.

We are recruiting for a 12 month FTC with the view to becoming permanent.

Key accountabilities
  • Supports the end to end order window process and owns the processing of ad hoc /exceptional orders
  • Supports timely communication to markets, addressing possible issues and supply chain / logistics support for local market deliveries
  • Liaise with POSM suppliers to ensure production and delivery is on time and in full & follows through with communication to markets/customers
  • Retains a global view of all products, markets and processes, and build awareness of various markets/customers requirements
  • Manages multiple tasks and processes across timezones, prioritizing as required
  • Ensures database is accurate and kept up to date with SKU range, pricing, inventory levels etc
  • Responsible for raising P.O’s and the reconciliation & audit of market orders - POs - invoices, problem solving and investigating discrepancies
  • Liaise with FSSC and accounts team to ensure administrative systems are kept up to date and fit for purpose (new vendor setups and account changes etc)
  • Ensure customer requests for shipment paperwork are fulfilled COO incoterms paperwork, pallet weights, handling fees

  • International mind-set: languages are definitely a bonus but not required
  • SAP and Concur applications knowledge

  • Keen to learn!

Experience required
  • Experience in alcohol / drinks brands / FMCG premium brand building industry
  • Supplier management and supply chain industry experience preferred
  • Strong relationships and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in marketing, trade marketing and branding visibility
