Are you an enthusiastic residential childcare support worker? Looking to undertake a new role in a growing residential childcare environment?

Residential Childcare Support worker roles are available now in St Helens, Sefton and Knowsley. With a weekly, competitive salary and an immediate start, this is a great opportunity.

The service supports young people ages 7-17 years old with emotional and social difficulties to continue their education. Successful child support workers could be invited to become a permanent member of the team!

A successful child support worker will be responsible for:
- Working effectively as part of a team of child support workers
- Providing 24 hours care to a vulnerable young people
- Taking service users out into the community
- Maintaining professional manner and working to National Care Standards
- Working to a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, waken nights if possible (to be discussed at interview)

To be successful in your application, you will:
- Have previous experience working with young people
- Have strong communication skills
- Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
