We’re committed to supporting our communities during this difficult time. To help keep our communities fed /or to maintain levels of service to our communities we’re urgently recruiting temporary colleagues at our food stores.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team immediately. Day-to-day, you'll support the store by working where you're needed most. You'll be linked to one store, however will be required to help out stores across the area.

We have various shifts and locations available. If you can’t see a specific store near to you, please apply to the closest location and one of our recruiters will be in touch.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our shelves stocked; helping our customers to get what they need during this challenging time.

It comes as no surprise that it will be fast paced, and you can expect to be involved in:
  • Assisting our customers and helping them with any questions
  • Merchandising stock ensuring great availability for our customers
  • Working on the checkout
  • Assisting with stock control and replenishment
  • Helping keep the store clean, tidy and safe
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times

What we need from you

If you’ve worked in retail before then that’s great, but don’t worry if you haven’t as we’ll give you training. Most important is that you’re courteous, flexible and helpful with great communication skills.
