Are you an innovative curriculum leader and qualified teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity?

An opportunity has arisen at Wynstones School in Gloucestershire in the UK for a skilled and inspiring curriculum leader and teacher to join and help form an integrated and diverse pioneering team that relaunches the school in September 2021, serving as the ground-breaking Phase Lead for our Lower School (Classes 1-5 / Years 2-6).

We are looking for: An insightful and dexterous new school leader with the ability to evaluate and monitor, cultivate and lead the teaching team’s delivery of Wynstones’ Curriculum in Lower School (Classes 1-5 / Years 2-6); to give clear vision and direction to staff and students; uphold the quality of teaching and learning, progress and attainment, wellbeing and behaviour; inclusion and SEND; and liaise with parents, other professionals and colleagues in promoting the school’s ethos and mission. A skilled and inspiring teacher with the ability to plan, deliver and develop a living curriculum of inspiration and growth, progress and attainment for the school’s students, with a range of other skills and specialisms to contribute.

This is an exciting time for Wynstones as it relaunches itself after 80 years of service, poised to offer a progressive and professional provision in Steiner Waldorf education. You will have a central role in this renewal, ensuring that the school’s ethos and vision are a living culture within both classroom and community.
