A market-leading technology provider is currently looking for a Pay & Reward Advisor reporting into the Payroll Manager on a fixed term 6-month temp contract with the possibility of it going permanent. The role will be home based for now, but when restrictions are lifted it’s likely to be a mix of London and home based.
Therefore a self - motivated proactive, organised and confident individual with the right attitude is key! There will be a short handover with the outgoing Pay & Reward Advisor hence experience with ADP or Workday HCM is so important so you only have to learn their processes. Ideally, you will be ready to start immediately.

- Experience of processing payroll for around 500 employees or more at a multinational company
- Practical knowledge of payroll practices
- Being the point of contact for employees and the business on payroll issues, compensation and benefit queries and information
- Assisting with the processing of payroll year-end activity including EYU, P60 and P11d production
- Experience in Workday HCM and ADP Payroll software
The most important things about you:
- Numerate and highly analytical
- Experienced in Workday HCM or ADP
- Worked in a global organisation
- Uses initiative and thinks outside the box
