We're seeking to find and place a collaborative and positive Healthcare Worker who has great people and communication skills and enjoys interacting with others. The successful mental healthcare candidate will be joining an inclusive and supportive environment of skilled Care Workers. You will have had prior experience as a Support Worker - Mental Health-related - in previous care jobs and as such, will have excellent mental health experience and a friendly and organised approach.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you should have:
? A minimum of six months' recent experience in a mental health setting
? A flexible approach to work
? A passion for helping others and making a real difference to their lives
? Ability to travel in the Blackpool and Preston area via your own or public transport
