You will be working for Hays Social Care, a market leader in Social Care recruitment in the UK. Hays Social Care are working with a reputable children's disability charity in the Warwickshire area. They are looking for friendly and reliable Support Workers to support children with complex learning disabilities.
Your new role:
In your new role you will be supporting children with complex learning disabilities. You will be working closely with an expert team to maintain and develop a positive and encouraging environment where each child can develop and grow. Successful candidates will be able to work 30 hours a week including weekends. This is a temporary position with opportunities to develop into a permanent role should you be a valuable fit to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities will consist of:
- Responding to Complex and Sometimes Challenging Behaviours
- Supporting Individuals in their Daily Activities
- Providing Personal Care
- Safeguarding of Children
What you'll need to succeed:
- At least 6 months recent experience in a social care setting
- Experience working with children
- NVQ Level 3 is Required
- Experience working with complex learning disabilities
- A passion for care and supporting others
- Be available to work 30 hours a week including weekends
