Temporary Reception/Administration Role based in York.

Temporary receptionist job - 2-3 months.

Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently working with a public sector healthcare organisation based in the outskirts of York.

Your new role
Within your role you will be working as a temporary administrator/receptionist on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. Within this role you will be meeting and greeting people, answering the phone and completing basic administration tasks. This role is shifted, you will work 5 out of 7 days working - shifts - 07:00 - 15:00 & 13:00 - 21:00.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be able to start the role at short notice, you will be IT literate and have strong communication skills. You will be happy working on a shifted basis. You will be happy working on site in a covid secure workplace.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be working 37.5 hours per week for 2-3 months. You will have a friendly line manager who will provide training. The organisation has parking available.
