The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Support Administrator to join a family owned manufacturing company in Wrexham. This is a multi-purpose role which includes administration, liaising with customers to take orders and organising dispatch of goods. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a company that offers progression opportunities whilst working in a friendly working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Production Manager and Production Planner with general administrative duties
  • Updating a live Production Plan
  • Assisting with stock control
  • Assisting with the creating and issuing of production paperwork to Factory
  • Sending order confirmation to customers

The Candidate
The successfully appointed Production Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Demonstrable experience as an Administrator
  • Be a competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Capable of working productively in a busy office
  • Enthusiastic individual who can be flexible as the business requires
  • Be organised and able to prioritise their workload
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, and be able to follow processes and quality-controlled standards of work, in line with Company procedures and guidelines
  • Desire to develop, through ongoing drive and a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve organisational goals
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Grade "C" in English Language and Mathematics
