REED Education are currently looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to their team. As a market leading agent, we support Schools across Cheshire East and Cheshire West.

No two days as a Teaching Assistant are the same. You will assist the Teacher with the delivery of the planned lesson and work closely with the children to aide their development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children across the curriculum, often with a particular focus on maths, reading and writing.

You will provide critical help across the school, and you may be required to work with a smaller group of children and provide more of a focus on their development. In addition to this, you may be required to work 1:1 with a child. Working 1:1 with a child can be for a number of reasons including (but not limited to) the child having Autism, ADHD, or be physically challenged.

A Teaching Assistant may provide behavioural intervention and booster sessions. Working closely with the children impacts their development and life, and being an upbeat, positive person is a must. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be a caring and nurturing person with a keen interest in Child Development and Education.

Additional benefits of this role also include flexible shifts and locations as well as pay between £9.78 - £10.25 per hour.
