Excellent Temporary Finance Assistant position 3+ months.

Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary Finance Assistant for a not-for profit organisation based in Doncaster, however the role will be working from home for the foreseeable future.

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for all-round accounts duties including;
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Processing sales ledger invoices
  • Query handling and resolution
  • Managing the finance email inbox
  • Assisting with cash flow forecasting
  • Any other adhoc finance duties as requested

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available for the position as it is a temporary role for the next 4 months. You will need to have recent and relevant all-round finance assistant experience. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Be a highly organised and methodical individual. Proficient in Excel is essential for this position
