Pay Rate : £12.60 per hour

As a Business Support Analyst you will be supporting and managing the Data Integrity activities associated with UFSS, ensuring reports are run on a regular basis to identify any issues and accounts are corrected as quickly as possible to avoid any customer detriment.
As a Business Support Analyst your attention to detail is key, as is the ability to keep a focus on customer outcomes.
BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYSTROLE:
  • 3 month temporary role with a possibility of extension
  • Working patterns Monday â€" Friday between 09:00 â€" 17:00.
  • Full Time - 35 hours a week
BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working as of Mortage application team, who look after Quality Checking of Mortage applications at post-completion stage.
  • Supporting the production and management of the Annual Statements, Anniversary Statements and Product Maturity mailings produced from UFSS (Unisys financial services systems.
  • Detecting any Data issues in platform such as errors within letters or Annual statements â€" individual pieces of data.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR SKILLS:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Ability to use semi-automated process across multiple systems
  • Ability to embrace 'in the moment' coaching to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas
