About the role
Some of the key aspects of this role are:
- To achieve annual sales and other prescribed targets as directed by sales management.
- To lead change and drive growth, positively changing industry convention to create new and rewarding opportunities for our customers and ourselves
Knowledge; WMC should be competent in the following;
- Quilter Multi Asset Solutions
- OMW and other Platform Propositions
- Intermediary business development and strategy
Panel Management
- To Understand market dynamics (i.e. competitors, new entrants, market movements)
- Understand detailed MI relating and Segmentation relating to panel
- To embed our new platform and develop strong account relationships across all target segments
Risk and Compliance
- Work compliantly in all aspects of the role
- Aligned to OMW corporate messages and market views
- Identify any risks that will impact upon our business
Sales Force â€" MI
- Ensure the â€sales force’ is maintained and updated with the latest client information which includes reviewable and living account plans
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the OMW TCF philosophy and your role within this and how this plays out in our service proposition to ensure the required customer outcomes.
- Full understanding of internal compliance & T&C requirements to ensure OMWPCA is always within the required compliance guidelines & parameters

- Proven experience in a sales consultant role distributing investment products
- QCF level 4 qualified minimum and working towards Chartered
