We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to coordinate the administration workflow and assist with supporting the development of the Community Resource Teams.

This role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of a new way of delivering administrative support for Social Care and Health teams working in the community. The successful candidate will be key in shaping the business support model for the community resource teams.

We will provide you with training and support. To be considered for this role you will need to have a high level of integrity, be willing to challenge and analyse current working practices, and have personal resilience in a fast paced working environment.

Working in a bilingual area the ability to communicate in both Welsh and English is essential and we actively encourage applicants with Welsh fluency.
