To provide a full administrative service to support the delivery of the Society's Professional Development Portfolio

Client Details

A registered charity responsible for the development, promotion and application of psychology for the public good.


As a Professional Development Delivery Administrator your duties will be:
  • Respond to correspondence from potential and existing candidates
  • Provide advice on regulations and related documentation to candidates, supervisors and assessors
  • Support the work of the team by providing information on a wide range of candidates matters
  • Arrange candidate and supervisor inductions and training days
  • Provide administrative support for the Professional Development Delivery team and Chief Supervisors/Registrars
  • Produce marketing literature
  • Take minutes
  • Maintain key working relationships with Professional Development team, assessment and awards team, internal teams and external stakeholders


To be considered for this role you will need:
  • Experience working in an administrative role in the education sector
  • To show you can working with minimal supervision, exercising judgement and initiative
  • Knowledge of initiating, maintaining and developing filing and record keeping systems, including electronic systems
  • Knowledge of higher education awards
  • Good IT skills, including word processing, using spreadsheets and databases
  • Ability to successfully prioritise work and meet deadlines
