We are pleased to be supporting a leading charitable organisation as they look to recruit a Head of Support Services/Facilities to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. The role will be based in a hospice that provides expert care for those with life limiting illnesses.

As a senior manager within the organisation you will be responsible for overseeing all support services within the hospice, this includes catering, administration, housekeeping and maintenance. You will be essential in coordinating team members and overseeing the smooth running of the hospice during this particularly challenging time.

It will be your responsibility to ensure Health & Safety regulations are being adhered to across the organisation, in particular the strict hygiene guidelines that are currently in place to ensure both patient and staff safety.

What you will need:

  • Experience in a role coordinating facilities/support services.
  • Experience overseeing people and motivating a team.
  • A calm, caring nature and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • A current enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Available to start work immediately with no holidays over the coming months.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday with some flexibility possible, the role is to start immediately on an temporary basis for an initial 3 months (possibility for extension).

The hourly rate of pay for this role is £18 Gross (before deductions such as Tax and NI etc.), paid via an FCA regulated Umbrella company (£15 weekly administration fee applies).
