This lovely Primary School, located in the borough of Camden are searching for the perfect LSA to join their team who can come in and hit the ground running in this thriving Primary School. This School is a fresh and dynamic School that is offering children and their parents an exceptional standard of childcare.
We are looking for applicants who have:
A recognised qualification in childcare, equivalent to at least NVQ Level 3
A commitment to working in partnership with parents
Someone who has worked with challenging behavior before
Looking for someone who works well on a one to one basis
Good at building a good relationship with child
An LSA who is looking to make a difference
Someone who can keep track of the child's progression
Essential requirements:
Very good knowledge of the British National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.
A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Excellent teaching references.
Very strong behaviour management skills.
