Temporary Administrator/Secretary job based in Leeds outskirts.

Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently working with a large public sector organisation based in the outskirts of Leeds.

Your new role
Due to increased workload this organisation is looking for an experienced administrator/secretary to assist them on an ongoing temporary basis. Within this role you will be typing up letters using Bighand. You will attend weekly meetings and take minutes and answer the telephone on a rota basis. You will also monitor the administration inbox and complete general administration tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced administrator with strong typing skills. You will be comfortable taking minutes. You will be IT literate and have strong communication skills. Any experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid a competitive hourly rate. You will be employed on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is full time 37.5 hours per week.
