An organisation based in the East End of Glasgow now requires a medical secretary to support their busy team for a period of 3 months.
Your new role
The Team Medical Secretary ensures the provision of a confidential and comprehensive administrative service to the Clinical Team. The post holder is required to have excellent communication and organisational skills. They will ensure that all administrative systems are operated effectively within the Team.
The post holder is required to use initiative and resource while exercising a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy and tact while working within clearly defined protocol and procedures adhering policies such as Health and Safety, Data Protection and Confidentiality.

Attend meetings, take minutes and circulate action position

- Act as first point of contact
- Interact with multiple stakeholders including service users staff groups and business partners
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and recording messages
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals and service providers
- Recording referrals
- Prepare and plan clinics
- Maintain databases
- Prepare a verity of reports and
