The role:
9 Month Fixed Term Contract Until 31 August 2021

We are looking for an experienced, skilled and creative manager to lead on policy, service redesign projects, and strategic planning in Adult Social Care.
You will work collaboratively with front line colleagues to develop strategic plans, procedures, systems and guidance that support good practice and compliance with Care Act legislation.
The post holder will project manage service redesign projects and provide leadership to two Service Development Officers.
This role is pivotal to a high performing adult social care division that supports some of Southwark's most vulnerable residents to achieve the outcomes that matter to them.
