Do you have experience using Excel? Our client based in Hitchin are looking to recruit an Administrator on an initial temporary basis with the view to go permanent.

Temp Administrator - Job Overview

As an Administrator your duties will include;

  • Using Excel to manage stock.
  • Liaising with the warehouse on a daily basis and update systems
  • Reviewing processes and procedures
  • Answering calls and dealing with post
  • Coordinating updates on stock and processes to all internal teams
  • Implementing new processes and procedures
  • Liaising with internal teams, chasing progress & all missing documents
  • Producing update reports for internal management

Temp Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
  • Confident user of MS Office particularly MS Excel
  • Keen to learn and develop within an administrative role
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Due to location, it is essential that the right candidate has a driving licence and full use of a vehicle
  • Confident working as part of a busy and fast paced team
