This is an immediate start Fleet Admin role working for an award-winning organisation. You will be part of a very busy team and will be working towards tight deadlines; no two days will be the same!

Client Details

A leading expert for integrated solutions in Leeds are currently looking to recruit a Temp to Perm Fleet Administrator to support their extremely busy team.

Description

As a Fleet Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Sourcing hire vehicles - liaising with depots and suppliers to on-hire vehicles to meet operational requirements
  • Raising POs
  • Checking supplier statements and liaising with suppliers to solve any queries
  • Maintaining a Fleet List of all current assets
  • Adding and removing vehicles from O Licence/MID/tolls
  • Paying and challenging fines
  • Ordering fuel cards for depots
  • Contributing to the weekly finance reporting

Profile

To be considered for the role of Fleet Administrator, the successful candidate will have previous experience within a Admin focused position, as well as:
  • Ability on own initiative
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Communicate effectively over the phone and on email
  • High attention to detail
  • A good work ethic and ability to work efficiently to deliver results
