Your new company

One of our established manufacturing clients based in Carmarthen is looking for a new temporary worker to join their team.

Your new role

To prepare, facilitate and submit regulatory submissions to competent authorities in international markets

* To prepare amendments or updates to global registrations where required following changes to products, processes or labelling
* To maintain records of current licences and registrations for products manufactured and to identify required updates to the Regulatory Clearance Matrix, to indicate where products are available for sale in international markets
* To liaise with colleagues regarding the availability and distributed products and requirements for sale into international markets
* To liaise with distributors and manufacturers of distributed products regarding registration requirements
* To liaise with all departments and product teams to co-ordinate timely applications for regulatory approvals
* To co-ordinate the attestations of Company Documentation to the target countries' requirements e.g. Public Notary, Legalisation by Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Stamp by Chamber of Commerce and Stamp from target country embassy
* To co-ordinate responses to international regulatory agencies to provide supporting documentation when requested
* To contribute to regulatory strategy for new product developments, product redevelopment and process changes
* To contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory policies, procedures and specifications across the company and ensuring that these are compliant with the Quality Management System
* To monitor progress and developments of regulatory requirements in global regions such as LATAM, ASIA, CEE and MENA and provide updates to the Regulatory Affairs team.
* To be responsible for planning own workload and work with limited input from the line manager, influencing personal training and assisting in setting appropriate timelines for projects
* To follow and promote Company, HS&E and Quality procedures and standards to enable the site to achieve and maintain excellent results

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in regulatory affairs
  • Can do attitude
  • Good spreadsheet knowledge
  • Ability to think on your feet
