We are currently looking to recruit a professional Accounts/HR Assistant to work on a part time basis in Stourbridge

Accounts duties will include:
  • Process sales invoices and follow up on current debtors.
  • Process purchase orders - both on paper side and with sage.
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Reporting on supplier payment needs
  • Processing Payroll on to Sage (monthly)
  • VAT, EC sales processing
  • Monitoring cash flow
  • Operating 2 Sage accounts

Office Management:
  • Dealing with all compliance
  • Dealing with freight forwarding
  • Purchasing - PPE, Office wears

HR duties will include:
  • Short term contracts and job descriptions
  • Ensuring that new staff receive correct documentation and policy handbooks etc.
  • Any other HR admin as required

Working days between 3 to 5 days per week - Negotiable

Hourly rate £10-12ph depending up on experience
