My client a well-known organisation based in South Leeds is looking to recruit a full time HR Shared Services Admin Call Handler.

The HR Shared Services team cover the wide range of tasks such as time and attendance, holidays, sickness, wages, recruitment etc. You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrational duties which will include inputting DATA, answering telephone calls and dealing with queries.

Key Qualities of the HR Shared Service Admin Call Handler:

*Responding to and resolving customer questions and issues both over the phone and in writing
*Correctly processing tasks and activities requested by our customers through a ticket resolution system or by telephone and e-mail
*Preparing and providing information for customers, requesting additional information as required and updating management about significant customer issues
*Updating the HR system to show progress of completion and or resolution of tickets, identifying exceptions and items for escalation
*Collaborating with managers, team leaders, team colleagues, customers and other business partners
*Completion of people administration tasks , recommending ways to improve the ways we do things where it would benefit the customer experience
*Adapting to and learning from change, challenges and feedback
*Contribute to quality control by reviewing documentation for accuracy and adherence to policy and process; validating the accuracy of data received in order to complete or resolve the customer request

Hours and Shift Patterns for the HR Shared Service Admin Call Handler:

The role is offered on a 37.5 hour per week contract where you will be committed to a set shift pattern working 5 days across 7. This may include weekends and will be between the hours of Monday - Friday 08.00 - 20.00, Saturday 08.00 - 16.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 18.00. A sample of your daily shift may be 08.00 - 16.00, 09.00 - 17.00, 10.00 - 18.00, 11.00 - 19.00 and 12.00 - 20.00

This role is required to commence ASAP and will involve the majority of your shifts being worked from home following the completion of your initial training and on boarding.
