Sales Admin / Customer Service | Call Centre | Office & Home Based | Salford Quays | £10 per hour | 3 Months+

Your new company
Your new company is a large organisation who is seeking strong sales and customer service candidates with a sales flare to join their team on an initial 3 month basis, with the strong possibility of extensions.

Your new role
Your new role will consist of answering inbound calls and dealing with a range of queries, selling the benefits of the product in order to get them booked in on the system or rearranging appointments, taking payments over the phone and also answering web chat queries. You may also be involved in making outbound calls and upselling to current clients too, however this role is constantly changing with the current climate, so you might be involved in more ad hoc work too.

What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have prior call centre, sales and customer service experience, strong admin skills and excellent English written and conversational skills. You must be a professional, flexible, positive individual, be pro-active and able to work on your own as well as in a team and be great working on multiple systems.

What you'll get in return
You will be working for a reputable company, have a solid 3-month contract, which has the possibility of being extended. You will be on a competitive rate of £10 per hour and you will be able to work on a rota'd basis in the office and working from home. This role is full time only, working Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm.
