Our client who is based within the Public sector, has a temporary role for an Administrator. This role will be home based, and a PC or laptop can be arranged if needed. Candidates will need to have reliable home internet access. The rate of and the rate of pay will be £10.00 per hour. The working hours of work will be Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with the professional services team of the Medical School and the Child Health Placement Clinical Lead in the organisation, delivery and evaluation of teaching for the Child Health placement, which takes place 8 times per year.
  • To be the contact member of staff for students on the Child Health block, ensuring that they have their teaching timetables in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate with clinical staff to arrange set teaching sessions
  • Disseminate information using electronic systems, organise bulk mailings and distribute materials to teaching staff and students
  • Book rooms for teaching using inhouse online software.
  • Maintain and edit teaching content within online platforms such as Moodle


Desirable:
  • Experience of working in further or higher education / or teaching support experience.

Skills:
  • A good working knowledge of Excel is essential.
