We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator for a growing company in Luton.

Please note before reading on that due to the nature of the role we can only consider applications if you are fluent in German AND English.

You must also be able to set up and work from home for the foreseeable future, as well as being able to go into an office in Luton for training and then possibly working there full time in the future if the need arises.

This company work with some of the largest and most recognisable companies and brands in the world and would be a fantastic role to get stuck into.

This role will be on a temp basis for at least 6 months, with a possibility of a permanent role or extension available.

The role will be speaking to international clients, customers and suppliers on the phone, providing updates and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks; as well as being involved in other projects.

A good telephone manner and quality communication skills are essential, training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and microsoft office packages and be able to set up from home.

Core hours are 9am-5pm, but you may need to work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm if the requirement is there.

This position will be paying an hourly rate of £9 (plus holiday pay).

Candidate requirements:
  • The ability to speak German to a business fluent level is a must
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability and willingess to learn
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Available to commence an assignment ASAP

We will be looking to hold interviews via Teams in the coming days, with successful candidates being briefed, trained and given equipment to begin as soon as possible.
