Are you a caring, passionate and motivated person who has the determination to make a positive impact on the lives of domestic violence and sexual abuse victims? If so, a leading charity in Wales is recruiting for an experienced Support Worker to fulfil an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) role.

Your new role will find you responsible for providing a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic and sexual abuse. You will deliver a pro-active and practical crisis intervention service through individual safety, support and recovery planning.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role. which will offer you role diversity through delivery of a range of early intervention and prevention support, accommodation-based support and group work. You will work closely with clients to empower and assist them to recognise the features and dynamics of the domestic abuse they are suffering from, and ultimately support them to regain control of their lives.
