Reed QSW are recruiting for a Adult Social Worker - Community Mental Health Team, North Locality (South Yorkshire)

Job Purpose

• The post holder will work as a member of a multidisciplinary within the Adult Community Mental Health Team, providing a service to clients experiencing mental health psychotic symptoms of a serious and enduring nature.
• To be responsible as the Care Coordinator for the assessment and co-ordination of care needs, planning and implementation of evidence based care to a defined group of service users and their carers.
• To provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team.

Pay: £25.78 Umbrella

Applicants MUST:

-Have a Qualification in Social Workto degree level or equivalent
- Registered with Social Work England
- Have expereince within working as a Qualified Social Worker Statutory Team
